We plug into your project plan as a single contractor who takes you from bare land or demolition to poured foundation – and returns to finish the hardscape, septic system, and driveway. Our portfolio of work spans everything from custom homes to multiplexes and commercial buildings, flat or sloped terrain, conventional wooden concrete forming or Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).

For Architects

Architect-designed custom homes can challenge the capabilities of concrete contractors, particularly in grades or locations that require complex foundations or unusual building techniques. We embrace those challenges.

For Owners

Additions, workshops, decks, renovations, gazebos, sheds: if it needs a footing, foundation, or decorative finish, call us. We also repair, replace or lift sagging walkways and driveways using polymer lift technology.

Excavation & Earthworks

Why “earthworks"? Because when you’re building fine homes, digging and filling holes isn’t enough. The home site, driveway, walkways, septic system, utility trenches, landscaping and transitions all require careful excavation, grading and shaping. We’ve excavated driveways, walkways, curbs and home sites on river banks, prairies, slopes and mountaintops for commercial buildings and custom homes.

Septic Installation

We’re licensed septic installers in Idaho, for in-ground and engineered systems.

Footings

Footings are the foundation of the foundation. On flat grade or slope, we build footings with wood, ICF or Form-a-Drain® polymer forms. We can form any shape with wood or ICF forms – or a combination of both – and know the advantages and limitations of each. We also pour cylindrical footiings for large decking systems and other structures.

We build foundations for a wide variety of architectural styles, from conventional ranch homes to multi-story estates to custom-designed modern homes and commercial buildings with creative architectural features. We form foundations and structural walls using conventional or ICF forms - or a combination of the two. This versatility allows to meet every challenge from terrain to the most esoteric custom architecture.

Flatwork, Curbs & Hardscape

Driveways, walkways and curbs are the anchor of any hardscape plan around an architect-designed building. Curbs create a sharp but graceful transition between hardscape and landscape. Whether they’re designed with curves or straight lines, without with color dyes, we form them to last with your choice of saw-cut or other finishing options.

We excavate our roadbeds to state highway specifications for a stable, long-lasting asphalt surface.

Land Clearing & Demolition

If you’re starting your project from bare land, we remove trees and brush to create a site ready for excavation. We’ve built long driveways and parking areas as well as building sites.

We also demolish existing structures to make room for new construction or additions.
