Patrick McFarland
Patrick McFarland is the founder of Northwest BuildCore, a concrete construction and earthworks company built on the belief that quality, integrity, and hard work still matter. With years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Patrick has worked on everything from residential foundations and decorative concrete to commercial flatwork, ADA improvements, excavation, utilities, and complex site development.
Rather than simply managing projects from an office, Patrick remains actively involved in estimating, planning, and field operations. He believes the best way to ensure a successful project is to stay connected to both the jobsite and the client throughout the entire process.
Patrick founded Northwest BuildCore with a vision of building a company known for craftsmanship, reliability, and long-term relationships. Whether the project is a custom home foundation, a commercial site package, municipal infrastructure, or a government prevailing-wage project, his goal is always the same: deliver exceptional work on schedule while treating every client’s investment with the same level of care he would expect for his own.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors in North Idaho. You’ll often find him boating on Lake Coeur d’Alene, exploring the mountains, working on heavy equipment and diesel trucks, snowmobiling in the winter, or continually looking for new ways to grow both his business and his team.
Patrick believes that success isn’t built overnight—it’s earned through consistency, accountability, and a willingness to do what others won’t. That mindset continues to shape Northwest BuildCore as the company expands into new markets and larger commercial projects throughout the Inland Northwest.

I’ve worked in construction since I was young, and I take great pride in delivering quality workmanship on every project.
One of my greatest passions is helping others. I always give my best to ensure our clients are satisfied with the quality of our work and the service they receive. I enjoy taking on new challenges and continually strive to grow both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, listening to music, and spending time with my family and friends. I’m grateful to God for each new day and for the opportunity to continue learning, growing, and providing for those I care about.
Tony
Born and raised right here in Idaho, I’ve spent the last 20 years working in the construction industry.
When I’m not on the job site, you can usually find me outdoors trail riding or spending quality time with my family."
Mason
I’m proud to be part of the NW Build Core team. I’m a hardworking, respectful person who’s always willing to lend a hand and give my best on every project.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about the outdoors and staying active. I’ve always enjoyed sports, with snowboarding and basketball being my favorites, but I’m always up for just about any outdoor adventure or athletic challenge.
Joshua
I’m originally from Spokane, Washington, and bring years of hands-on experience in both the construction and automotive industries. Over the past six years, I’ve worked as a concrete finisher, developing a reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. I also have more than 20 years of experience as an automotive mechanic, with extensive knowledge of vehicle repair, maintenance, and performance.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about motorsports and off-road racing. I compete in Tough Truck events, where I enjoy putting both my driving skills and mechanical experience to the test. I’ve also been involved with the Moyie Springs Mud Bogs for the past five years, staying active in the off-road community and helping support one of the area’s favorite events.
