Where We Work
Northwest BuildCore is based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and works across three states for one reason: the projects worth traveling for — architect-designed custom homes, multiplexes, commercial builds, and jobs with terrain or engineering challenges other crews turn down — don’t stop at the state line.
Whether you’re a general contractor coordinating a multi-trade schedule, an architect with a site that demands a foundation contractor who can work with your design or an owner-builder managing your own project, we bring the same crew, equipment, and standard of work to every site in our territory.
Idaho
Coeur d’Alene is home base, and North Idaho is where we do the deepest volume of work — Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Dalton Gardens, Athol, and out toward Sandpoint and the Lake Pend Oreille corridor. From lakefront lots to prairie ground to mountain slope, we’ve excavated, formed, and finished sites across nearly every terrain type the region has to offer.

We regularly cross the state line into Spokane and Spokane Valley, and take on projects throughout Eastern and Central Washington. For GCs and architects working both sides of the Idaho-Washington border, that means one contractor for foundation, hardscape, and earthworks regardless of which side of the line the project sits on.

For the right project — custom homes, complex foundations, work that plays to what our crew does best — we travel into western Montana. If you’re an architect or owner-builder planning a project in this region, reach out early in your planning process so we can talk through scheduling and logistics.
